Things to think about when considering an over 55+ Community:

- What are the rules on someone under 55 living in the home?
- Is one of these communities located in your city or state?
- How many bedrooms or square feet do you need?
- What will your utility costs be?
- What type of floor plan will fit your needs now and in the future?
- One or two story home?
- What upgrades or updates will you want in your home?
- A gourmet kitchen, landscaping, patio, a large master bedroom and bathroom?
- What is the community security policy now and in the future?
- What is the crime rate in the area? Any recent incidents?
